Who will take care of the group on the ground?
At Aspects of Ireland one member of our team will be in contact with you throughout the organisation and execution of the programme. From the proposal stage and confirmation through to the ground work, you will liase with this one contact. If it is Eva who was your initial contact she too will be with you when the event takes place.
What sort of venues can Ireland offer?
Ireland has a great range of venues to suit all tastes, from castles to universities, from stadia to historic buildings. Whether you are seeking a venue for a banquet, a gala dinner, welcome reception, meeting, conference, product launch or team-building day, you’ll be sure to find a location to meet your needs.
Can you provide us with qualified guides?
Yes we appoint excellent professional guides specific to the language required to take care of your group.
Do you arrange small meetings?
Yes we can look after board meetings of 12 people, these events are also very important to us and we ensure they run efficiently and to budget.
What is the biggest conference that you can arrange?
We are not limited to size in Aspects of Ireland. We have previously worked with conferences as small as 10 delegates and we have the capacity to deal with conferences up to 1000 delegates.
Does Ireland have the facilities to cater for big conferences?
Yes! Dublin currently has a capacity to host conferences and meetings for up to 6,500 delegates. Dublin’s new convention centre opens in 2010. This state of the art, purpose built facility will be able to cater for an additional 8000 delegates. Killarney is home to the National Convention Centre, which can cope with meetings of up to 2500 delegates, while Belfast has the Odyssey Area, an excellent conference venue for up to 8500 delegates. What special interest trips can you arrange?
Professional visits, fishing trips, garden tours, plant visits, golf tours, classic Irish tours. Whatever interest your group may have we have the expertise and enthusiasm to come up with the perfect programme.
Do you arrange FIT tours?
No we do not organise FIT tours. Unforuntately this is not our area of expertise.
Do you arrange Stag Parties or Hen Parties?
No we do not cater for stag parties or hen parties, again this is not our area of experise.
What coaches do you provide?
Aspects of Ireland only provides the best of luxury coaching in Dublin City and around the island of Ireland. Touring coaches have reclining seats, air suspension, high line body and full air conditioning.
